Application to Host 2025 India CDISC Day

Main Conference: 1 March 2025

CDISC is looking for any CDISC members who are interested in hosting the 2025 India CDISC Day. CDISC will market this event on our website and via announcements that this is a CDISC Day being hosted by (name of host company). This will therefore be a great marketing opportunity for the host company.

The selection of the host company who can meet the following criteria will be on a first come first served basis.

PLEASE NOTE: The chosen venue will need to ensure that the space is available on the day before the CDISC Day, for setting up AV, room arrangements, etc.

To ensure that we receive your host application, please click the blue SUBMIT button at the bottom left of this form. If you do not click SUBMIT, we will not receive your form. 

By submitting this form, you agree that as the potential host, your company will provide the following:

• Required conference seating setup sufficient to comfortably accommodate 150+ attendees.
• Host will make arrangements for and pay for any audio/visual equipment needed for a conference; this includes (but is not exclusive to) projectors, audio systems, microphones, and the necessary cords, cables, and connections for all equipment. 
• Host will make the venue available in the days before the event for technical tests. 
• Catering for all attendees, speakers, and support staff.
• Host company will provide necessary support staff to run and manage the event onsite (including but not limited to: handling AV, managing conference room setup, managing registration / check-in desk, etc.)
• WiFi Internet Connection and password provided
• Climate controlled meeting rooms (i.e. with heat and/or air conditioning)
