Application to Host 2025 CDISC Japan Interchange and Public Training Courses

 

 

Public Training Courses: 23-24 June 2025

Conference Setup: 24 June 2025

Main Conference: 25-26 June 2025

 

CDISC is looking for any CDISC members who are interested in hosting the 2025 Japan Interchange and the public training courses associated with the Interchange. CDISC will market this event on our website and via announcements that this is a CDISC Interchange being hosted by (name of host company). This will therefore be a great marketing opportunity for the host company.

The selection of the host company who can meet the following criteria will be on a first come first served basis.

PLEASE NOTE: The chosen venue will need to ensure that the space is available on the day before the Interchange Main Conference, for setting up AV, room arrangements, etc.

An important note for those applying to host the Public Training Courses connected with the 2025 Japan Interchange*:

By submitting this form, you agree that your company will provide the following:

  • Required classroom set up (i.e. tables facing front of room with enough spacing for each attendee and their laptop).
  • Rooms will be prepped with the expectation that courses will reach course capacity of 25 learners.
  • Power strips and extension cords for student and instructor laptops.
  • Projector or flat screen with connection capabilities to instructor laptop (e.g.VGA, HDMI, etc.).
  • White board or flip chart with appropriate markers.
  • Lunch for all attendees and instructor(s).
  • Host company representative available one hour before start of each course to allow instructor to enter room
  • WiFi Internet Connection and password provided
  • Climate controlled meeting rooms (i.e. with heat an air conditioning)

Criteria Questions
Which part of the 2025 Japan Interchange is your company interested in hosting?
Company Location
Is your company located in Tokyo? 
Is your company available to host the CDISC Japan Interchange on 25-26 June 2025
Can your company/organization support comfortable seating for at least 120-150 people?
Does your conference space include an area that can be used for a translation booth, equipment, and translators?
Optional. Does your facility accommodate space for exhibitions? This can be located in a foyer or meeting room. Does your facility also have a location where exhibition materials can be received and stored in advance of the event?
Does your facility have Wi-Fi available for use by both exhibitors and attendees?
CDISC provides food & beverages to Interchange attendees. Does your company facility have on-site food and beverage service available? This includes on-site cafeterias and catering options. 
Does your company facility have separate areas (outside the main conference space) for food & beverage service? 
Please tell us more about how the conference space is set up for this conference (i.e., classroom-style or theatre-style seating, COVID-19 precautions, if you have more than one room available for track sessions, etc.)
