Renal Death 1

This example shows records in the Death Details (DD) domain for three subjects, representing the reported cause of their deaths. In these records, each cause of death would have been recorded using a Final Adjudication form, which had selections of Cause of Death such as Renal Death, Cardiovascular Death, Other Death, or Unknown Cause of Death. In this example, the adjudication committee determined each cause of death, based upon data provided to the committee, and selected the appropriate cause of death value on the form.
